Knit One SAVE one

 

Inspired by the Save the Children project, Knit One Save One, RBS students from grades VI to X participated in a Knitting campaign to save newborn babies. Students as well as teachers knot caps, socks and sweaters which will be taken to Dailekh and distributed by the A level volunteers.Knit one Save One Campaign was initiated by Save the children Keeping in mind that four million children, worldwide, die every year within the first month of their life, very often from preventable illnesses like pneumonia.Keeping a baby warm is one of the simplest ways of saving lives.
