Introduction: Better Teachers, Better School

Rato Bangala believes in professional development and invests in building the capacity of its staff in order to deliver quality education. Along with the Rato Bangala Foundation(RBF), the School collaborates with Bank Street College of Education (New York, USA) in teacher education. Rato Bangala Teachers receive training primarily through four different avenues:

• Teacher training at Rato Bangala Foundation
• Training by Visiting Faculty from Bank Street.
• In-house staff development sessions
• Training provided by Cambridge International Examinations(CIE)
• Training offered by other Institutions
