Parent Representatives and Parent Teacher Association



Rato Bangala parents are involved in the school at different levels. At the first level is the whole parent body, the backbone of the school together with the students. At the next level are the Parent Representatives (PR), parents who have volunteered extra time and effort to facilitate the growth and development of their children by ensuring proper communication in the class. This typically happens by having two parents volunteer to be the class representatives for an academic year.

At the next level still are the members of the Parent Teacher Association (PTA). The PTA is an apex body that works for the benefit of the whole school.There are 6 parents and 6 teachers in the PTA and the Director/Principal. Two parents each represent Grades 1 - 3, 4 - 6 and 7 - 10 respectively.
